Terms of Use
The exchange or return of a product purchased at DANCESPOT may be requested within the first ten (10) calendar days following the date of purchase, directly at our DANCESPOT stores and/or by calling Bogotá at 1-3003709 when the purchase was made through telephone sales or the website.
Please note that:
1. To make any exchange or return of products purchased at DANCESPOT, in addition to presenting the Invoice (or Delivery Guide), the product must be in perfect condition, complete (with catalogs and accessories), and in its original packaging, so that it is suitable for sale;
2. In the case of products that require assembly, such as ballet pointe shoes, the ten (10) day satisfaction guarantee will not be effective if the product has already been assembled with its ribbons and elastics. It can only be used if the product has not been unpacked and remains in its original packaging.
3. Regarding shoes and considering that the product must be unused, the satisfaction guarantee will be applicable depending on whether the conditions are met. The shoes are for exclusive use in dance or fitness on appropriate surfaces.
4. In no case will returns or exchanges be accepted for: pointe shoes and tights.
Warranty
All warranty claims must be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the product presents a malfunction within its warranty period and you need information about the procedure to follow, please contact 1-300-3709; our agents will guide you on how to proceed.
If the customer is in a city where there is no DANCESPOT store, the customer must contact 1-300-3709 and declare the exact conditions of the product: its original packaging, level of use, and any other required information.
Please note that the product presenting the malfunction will be repaired or replaced after evaluation by the authorized technical service designated by DANCESPOT, which will determine whether the malfunction is: (i) attributable to the product, in which case the repair will be covered by DANCESPOT and/or the MANUFACTURER, or (ii) attributable to misuse by the customer, in which case the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the
Customer.
Once the above is completed, if the product must be picked up from the customer’s home for evaluation and/or repair, the cost will be assumed by the customer if the malfunction is not the responsibility of DANCESPOT.
IMPORTANT: If the product is not in the conditions declared by the customer, the carrier will not collect the product.
Order Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase made by telephone, they may do so through the Call Center 1-258-5727. However, if the product has already been shipped by DANCESPOT to the address provided by the customer, the customer must pay for the shipping and additionally the total cost of the return, which has the same rate as the shipping.
Important information: This website www.dancespot.net, although secure, is not free from errors, and therefore users acknowledge and accept that the general information, product characteristics, and prices may vary due to human or technological errors, tampering by unauthorized third parties, viruses, or any event of invasion or technological manipulation. Consequently, every transaction is subject to subsequent verification by our company and confirmation by the USER, and it is subject to a resolutory condition should any of the aforementioned situations occur. The products and prices included on this website are directed to the general public as unspecified individuals; therefore, confirmation and acceptance of the purchase order and payment will always be required from us, at which time the corresponding invoice will be issued and the sales contract between the USER and our company will be finalized. The USER therefore expressly authorizes DANCESPOT and the bank or payment method chosen to carry out any transaction reversal if the transaction is not confirmed for any of the reasons mentioned above.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP OF PRODUCTS
If, when the product is delivered to the customer, they refuse to accept it for a reason not attributable to DANCESPOT, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
The shipping cost will not be charged to the customer in the following cases:
>> If the product received by the customer does not match the one advertised
>> If the product is damaged at the time it is received by the customer.
The responsibility of the person in charge of delivering the product (the carrier) will be limited to:
>> Delivering the product to the address indicated on the delivery guide, and
>> Conducting a visual inspection of the exterior of the box to verify possible physical damage.
Please note that the person in charge of delivery (the carrier) is not authorized to open and display the product. If the product requires a test,
DANCESPOT is not responsible for defects presented by products that require specialized testing if they were used by the customer.
The person in charge of delivery (the carrier) should not modify spaces to deliver the product in the place desired by the customer. If the size of the product prevents delivery at the location requested by the customer, the customer must accept delivery at another accessible place within the residence.
REQUEST FOR PRODUCT PICK-UP
For the purpose of returns or exchanges, products must always be in their original packaging and in perfect condition; the carrier MUST NOT collect used products or those without original packaging or with damage, unless expressly approved by DANCESPOT.
RETURN
In the specific case of Pointe shoes, specialized dance shoes, and Tights, and considering the product is very delicate, the satisfaction guarantee will be applicable only if the conditions detailed below are met:
The product must not be used and must include all accompanying accessories, and it must be returned on the same day it is delivered to the customer. Only size exchanges are allowed, not reference changes. It must be wrapped in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer must have the invoice and delivery guide.
The customer pays all shipping costs.
